How does a comic strip become a play? Is it possible to perform a comic strip? Theater Salz + Pfeffer connects these at first glance contradicting types of entertainment to create a spectacular and rapid show about the challenging friendship of the two different characters Rocki and Fredo.

Playing in English - playing with English


Making a new play always means finding a new way: A new way of staging it, new material, new puppets and sometimes even a new language. Our production „The Zapperdockel Meets the Wock“ was the first one to get an English version, as well. Then „Stick Man“ followed and right from the beginning the rehearsals were both in English and German. Fot Agatha Christies‘ „The Mousetrap“ we decided to mix both languages ans „Du schon wieder“ is working with hardly any words at all. Theatre has many languages. Find the one(s) you like best below...
